Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client. The full service price will still apply. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first appointment.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities before your treatment. Certain services may not be suitable during pregnancy or for clients with specific health conditions. We reserve the right to decline or modify services in the interest of client safety.
Patch Tests
A patch test may be required for certain treatments, including chemical peels and nano treatments, for first-time clients. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment if a patch test is needed.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers.
Results & Liability
Individual results from skincare treatments vary and cannot be guaranteed. Something Beautiful Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur as a result of undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
Privacy
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing our services and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent. By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
